Here it is a month later and I still haven’t heard a word from stub hub. Somehow my tickets get “transferred” to someone unknown to me but I didn’t find out about it till 4 hrs before the game when I went to view tickets and it kept giving me an error message. This company can’t explain to me why they have been transferred, when they was transferred, why it says view tickets instead of transferred, or how in the world they got transferred without my consent but they call can call me a liar multiple times. So here I am out $1500 with no call back, email nothing. What a joke. Take the guarantee off your webpage it’s false advertisement! Sincerely a very p****d off working mom
