I received fake tickets from Stubhub 50 days ago and they refuse to refund them. While they used to have excellent customer service, they do not anymore. You will be lucky to get a refund.
If you google you can find their customer support number, but they probably will tell you they're looking into it, but then never do anything. That's my experience with my current issue at least.
