Hi! Thanks for getting in touch, and I apologise for any confusion. You can download and print your e-tickets by going to "My tickets" and then "Orders" in your viagogo account. You can print your electronic tickets multiple times, but please note that only one copy will scan at the event. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
