StubHub Community Guidelines

Welcome to the StubHub Community!

 

The mission of this online community is to provide a peer-to-peer and direct support channel for both buyers and sellers on StubHub. It is a place to exchange ideas, tips, how to’s, and techniques where our customers can quickly find a solution to their question. We hope you find these forums to be a valuable resource and we look forward to your participation.

 

Please be sure to review the guidelines below prior to posting. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to post in our Suggestions board or ask TeamStubHub!

 

  1. Be respectful.
    Respect people’s time and attention by asking well-thought-out questions and sharing what you’ve learned so far in your use of the site. Respect people as individuals by keeping your tone positive and your comments constructive.

  2. Be relevant.
    Make sure your contributions are relevant to the mission of the community and to the specific discussion style and topic where you post. Users comments should be based on prior use of the site and what the user believes to be accurate. Please do not post duplicate messages in different areas of the community to avoid fragmenting discussion. If you have a new question, start a new thread rather than interrupting a conversation.

  3. Keep your word.
    Don’t post anything that would violate any contractual agreements (copyright, trade secrets, or otherwise), our User Agreement, or another person’s rights. That also includes images. Don’t copy content and only include content that is your own or that you have the right to post. Sellers are not allowed to sell via the StubHub Community and are not allowed to contact buyers as stated in our user agreement.

  4. Protect privacy — yours and others.
    Don’t share anything about yourself that you would not want to see on a road-side billboard. Don’t post personal information (your own or anyone else’s) including contact information, phone numbers, address, credit cards, social security numbers, passwords or any content that you receive in one-to-one communications without the author’s consent.

  5. Remember, this is user-generated content.
    You’ll find plenty of good advice here, but remember that your situation may vary from that of the individual sharing a solution. We do our best to review the content so that it is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the advice you find here is correct. Apply the same good judgment here that you would apply to information anywhere on the Internet. If you have questions, ask TeamStubHub.

  6. Don’t post controversial content.
    This includes anything defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, abusive, inflammatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable to third parties. Any post that is harmful to the StubHub brand or objectionable to being useful in the Community will be removed. 

  7. Avoid spam.
    Please refrain from promoting third party services, products, websites, or other organizations that would constitute any form of unauthorized solicitation.

  8. Only create one account.
    Do not create additional accounts to avoid the posting limits.

I was told by @TeamStubHub1 to reach out when a charge occured due to an error with the StubHub selling platform. Now the charge has occurred and I don't even have an option to message anyone or create posts in discussion boards. I downloaded all of this message history, please contact me to resolve this! @TeamStubHub1
