Yeah, they switched a while ago to giving all sellers until 3 hours before the event. Also i’ve found in most cases, even if the seller notified them far in advance they can’t deliver the tickets, Stubhub waits until the very last minute to provide replacements. My last experience with having tickets replaced by stubhub went like this: - Event was on saturday. The tuesday before i was told the seller couldn’t deliver the tickets and i would get a link to pick replacement tickets soon. - Called every day that week and never got the link. - Called the day of the event up to right before it started and kept being told this they would send the link any minute. - I received the link about 10 minutes from the end of the event. - When calling to explain this Stubhub first told me they wouldn’t refund my order since i didn’t select new tickets from the link. The link was sent 10 minutes before the concert ENDED! - Had to make multiple phone calls and literally be on the phone for hours before i finally got a refund.
