Long story short, I have a guest account with a voucher in it. I called customer service and they could not move it over to my registered account. They want me to access the guest account instead. Trouble is, I cannot re-set the password for the guest account. I am not getting the password reset e-mail. This is very frustrating as I have been on the phone with customer service many times and keep getting the run around. PLEASE HELP :)))
