I have two orders for an event tonight for which i received the wrong tickets. I’ve been told all week you guys would be sending me links for replacement tickets and i still don’t have them.

why do you guys suck so bad? you make it the customers problem when they don’t get what they paid for. hours of phone calls, lies about it being “escalated”

You guys should learn how to treat customers. what a horrible company

Just updating this situation for the benefit of anyone who stumbles onto it while considering buying tickets from Stubhub.  I'm not saying this happens with every order, but it is happening with mine.

 

- I placed two orders and received incorrect tickets.  One pair was 9 rows back from where they were listed.  One pair said "Obstructed view" when the Stubhub listing did not say that.

- Stubhub agreed I received incorrect tickets for both orders.  They had me transfer both sets to Stubhub.  They told me they would send me a link to pick new tickets or get a refund in time for the event.

 

- I called all week and up until 5 minutes before the event.  I never received a link for new tickets and I never was refunded.

 

Now, I've been calling Stubhub since the event and now they are telling me they don't know if I will be refunded and they have no information if/when this will be resolved.
