Accessing tickets purchased

Purchased tickets on Feb 5 for an Oct concert. Now March 1, no email with a confirmation number was received.  I did received an initial email that read thank you for order -Order #-----------

Is that all I need at this time?

I am not comfortable waiting for tickets to be delivered days or the day of the event.

Hi @erinoro 

Sometimes the venue or artist will put a delivery delay on tickets until 48 hrs before the event. Unfortunately there is not much you can do but wait. Hopefully your buyer gets their tickets earlier and delivers them early
