The tickets I purchased for the Billie Eilish show on 12/21 indicate they are physical/paper tickets. Problem is, the Kia Forum onlly allows/honors electronic tickets. It's throwing up red flags and I've asked the StubHub customer service team to verify the validity of my order.
In addition, the in-hand deadline changed after I purchased. Was originally 4 p.m. the day of the event, and now is 6 p.m. - 1 hour before the event starts? We are traveling from out of town and I feel like I'm trying to raise concerns well in advance and am being told to wait/give the team time to investigate.
Does anyone have any advice on how to escalate? I feel like I am going crazy.
