Postponed

My concert tickets were scheduled for April 9, 2024 and it has been in a postponed staus since then. No emails, changes or refunds have come my way and it's almost 2025 now! I feel like my money was stolen from me. No matter what route I have taken, I have been unsuccessful at getting this resolved! Any suggestions would be appreciated..

What event?  Has the artist or the venue cancelled the event?  If Stubhub does not have proof of the event being cancelled they will declare it postponed which means you are in limbo until the event is rescheduled (your tickets good for the new date) or cancelled (you get a refund)
