We purchased 3 tickets to an event tonight and when we got to the venue, we realized that the seller only transferred 1 of the tickets to us (via Ticketmaster). We called customer service and were told that we should have called when the tickets were transferred and there was nothing they would do to make it right. I checked the language in the Fan Guarantee terms and it says nothing about needing to call when the tickets were transferred, so we really need to get this resolved.
