I purchased tickets in February for an April 13 show in Boston. Delivery was supposed to be April 10, but Fed Ex shows they were delivered early (Feb25) I never received them. Fed Ex shows tracking, but no photo proof of delivery and it was "signed for" by a person that does not exist. I can not get any help from Fed Ex because I am not the sender and after speaking with 3 separate cs reps at Stub Hub (located in south east Asia) which took over 2 hours there is still no follow up. Very frustrating and Stub Hub so far has not been at all helpful. Looks like my granddaughter will be disappointed and I'll be out over $1,000 with $300 of that in fees to Stub Hub. I won't be using them again if this is not resolved.
Sorry for your trouble, but I do not think that this is a Stubhub issue. It is a Fedex issue.
Thx for the reply. I realize it is a fed ex issue, but I can't resolve it without a receipt or account number from the sender. Since Stub Hub is the go between I'm dependent on them to get that info to me and so far they haven't done that. I've also reached out to the venue and again, since it's a third party they won't help. In the end Stub Hub is who I've paid over 4 figures to and have nothing to show for it

If you do not get it resolved then dispute the charge with your credit card company for not getting the tix and see what happens. Disputing the charge will get your Stubhub account locked up and probably closed but I assume you won't buy from Stubhub again so that should not matter to you.
