Hi. I received my erastour tickets. But why is it under my name? I was not the original purchaser. Last kpop concert I went to , the ticket name is the original purchaser name. Can someone help me because I want to know if the ticket is legit?
I contacted the customer service and they said it is legit , the event organizer personalize it to match my detail so we can have a smooth entry to the concert 🙂 case closed 😄
