I recently purchased a ticket for the Clippers vs. Grizzlies game on March 21 through StubHub, and I received an email confirming that my ticket is ready. However, I am unable to access it through the Intuit Dome app.
I believe the issue is related to my email addresses on different platforms:
Since my ticket was likely transferred to my Ticketmaster account under my primary email, I suspect this mismatch is preventing me from accessing the ticket via Intuit Dome.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
Is there a way to transfer my ticket from Ticketmaster to my Intuit Dome account using a different email address?

This sounds more like an Intuit Dome problem than a Stubhub or Ticketmaster problem. My suggestion is to call the Intuit Dome box office and see what they have to say.
