Unable to Access Clippers vs Grizzlies Ticket on Intuit Dome App

Hi StubHub Community,

I recently purchased a ticket for the Clippers vs. Grizzlies game on March 21 through StubHub, and I received an email confirming that my ticket is ready. However, I am unable to access it through the Intuit Dome app.

I believe the issue is related to my email addresses on different platforms:

• My StubHub and Ticketmaster accounts are registered under one email address.
• However, when creating my Intuit Dome account, I had to use a different email address because the system did not accept my primary one.

Since my ticket was likely transferred to my Ticketmaster account under my primary email, I suspect this mismatch is preventing me from accessing the ticket via Intuit Dome.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
Is there a way to transfer my ticket from Ticketmaster to my Intuit Dome account using a different email address?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds more like an Intuit Dome problem than a Stubhub or Ticketmaster problem.  My suggestion is to call the Intuit Dome box office and see what they have to say.
