What is the point to this site?

I submitted my complaint twice. Each time I was asked to identify the email and phone number associated with my account and never heard anything else.

I’m not sure why this site exists.

Agreed. I received a reply asking for the same information and have heard nothing since. It appears that someone at StubHub monitors the site traffic, but does nothing to actually resolve the issue.

oh exact same thing , we need to go down to the corporate headquarters and ......finish sentence with whatever you feel is appropriate .
