seller cancelled transfer - can StubHub make them transfer?

Just got email that StubHub is going to contact seller. Taylor Swift concert. What can StubHub really do or is this their way of letting me know that probably not going. Five of us flying in for the weekend. Should we assume that it will be tailgating? StubHub says "Don't worry", but so many scammers out there!!

Stubhub can’t make the seller transfer, but they will charge the seller 100% of the sale for not completing it.
