sold fake ticket. qr codes are not accepted

I just purchased a ticket for tape b for 11/23/24 at mission ballroom. they use axs as their ticket provider. After a purchase I received my ticket as a qr code. I call mission ballroom and they said they would not accept a qr code, only axs app. I need a replacement.
