Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

The correct opponent should be the Greensboro grasshoppers.

2 issues with the event pages for the 2 Drake shows in Montreal at the Bell Center on July 14th and July 15th

Issue #1: Event name shows "21 Savage", who will not be present for any Canadian dates

Event Name: "Drake and 21 Savage" - Bell Center, Montreal, July 14th

What is Wrong: This event is incorrectly titled "Drake and 21 Savage". 21 Savage will not be present at this show. 21 Savage will not be at ANY of the Canadian dates. You correctly updated the 2nd show in Montreal on July 15th to remove 21 Savage from the event title, but the event title for the 14th of July still shows "Drake and 21 Savage".

Issue #2: Incorrect event start times for 2 shows

Event Names (2 shows): Both Montreal shows for the Drake concerts - "Drake: It's All A Blur Tour" - Bell Center, Montreal, July 14th and July 15th

What is Wrong: The event start times on StubHub show as 7pm. However, the real show times have recently been changed to 8pm. StubHub event pages for these shows are not yet updated to show the correct start time, so please update them to 8pm.

Dessa is performing with the Minnesota Orchestra on Aug 3, 4, and 5.  The performances on Aug 3 and 5 are listed as Dessa with the Minnesota Opera (not Orchestra).
