Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

Sarofim Hall at The Hobby Center in Houston, TX

I cannot properly list my tickets here on stubhub because there is not way to select "Front Orchestra Right" or Left. The only option is "Front Orchestra Center". Your map is correct of the venue and clearly shows the Front Orchestra Right and Left....but you cannot list tickets in these areas. Please fix.

The Oak Ridge Boys on Friday, 11/11 has an incorrect seating chart on StubHub. The show is not taking place in the arena but in the theater. Please update to the correct seating chart.

Three Days Grace on Friday, 11/11 is a general admission show and not a reserved seating show as StubHub currently has the event listed as.

Keller Williams on Friday, 11/11 is a general admission show and it is not reserved as the current seating chart on StubHub shows.

Can StubHub seriously fix all the issues with incorrect or nonexistant floor seating charts for events? I am so tired of seeing Floor TBD for event after event. Royal Comedy on 11/11 is another event that needs a correct and accurate floor seating chart added. All the maps team needs to do is recheck an event once it is onsale like this one to get the accurate seating chart but this obviously is beyond comprehension for the fine folks at StubHub/Viagogo. I swear if I worked for StubHub, you wouldn't have these problems. Maybe someone over there needs to contract myself for outside work.
