Stubhub will not refund to credit cards

I bought Aerosmith tickets. The event was cancelled. Stubhub will not refund to credit card and debit cards. In other words, they will not give me a refund. I wanted cash back to my card and not credit. I am disputing the charges on my credit card to get my money back. I will no longer us Stubhub.

Did you ever get refunded? My event got cancelled last nite too.

I also bought tickets to Aerosmith and am having same problem with Stubhub. This problem has been going on since the event was cancelled on August 2. I have called them more times than can I remember and was told my case was going to be escalated. That was over a month and half ago. I spent well over $800 on my tickets and also put in a complaint to credit card company which I had to show proof of concert and cancellation. Still waiting on credit card company answer but don’t know how Stubhub can get away with this. I also filed a complaint with BBB about this. I won’t stop until I get my money back onto card .

Not yet, but I hope I get one within the next 7 to 8 days. I still have a dispute going with my bank. Just in case.
