Account Deleted After Selling Tickets? Beware

I transferred two tickets for an August 17th event from Ticketmaster. I have confirmation emails from Ticketmaster for this.

I was able to login and see that the tickets sold but never received email order confirmation. I finally got around to trying to receive payment for the tickets today but there were no order or listing details anywhere.

I spoke to support today who told me to log in and log out to refresh things. Now the team cannot find my account at all. I sold two tickets and StubHub has no records of this anywhere and keep closing out my chats with them!

I believe I am having this problem with StubHub, I sold some Sabrina Carpenter tickets for March and have tried contacting StubHub live chat to see what is happening. They have no recollection of the listing even though the listing is in my sales. They say I do not have an email under that account and do not have any orders under the numbers provided.

Did you get a resolution or should I be worried?
