I need urgent help here with uploading a pdf/reuploading pdf. My order has been confirmed when i have uploaded the file (got an email that my ticket has been delivered) , but when i click on view sold files files to make sure if the ticket has been uploaded it's blank (white window and nothing reloads). I tried to contact/call the support team and asked them if i can resend them the PDF file so they can reupload it from side. They sent me an email that i need to answer to but its from noreply@stubhub.com everytime i try i get undelivered mail returned to sender error.
If there is any help that you can provide please don't hesitate.

Problem resolved with the Support chat team. I was able to resend the file that has not been uploaded correctly and the support team took charge of this .Great service Kuddos to the Support team
