Payment Pending

The live chat told me the payment would be expected by today November 20 and he said it’s already processed but the payment status still says pending and the customer service agent says it’s still processing. Which one is it? The event for Taylor Swift was on Nov 15, last friday.

Stubhub pays sellers 5-8 Business days After the event.  If the event was Nov 15th then you should get payment between Nov 22 and Nov 27th.  In the interim it will show as processing
