Did you have any issues listing your tickets where you may have thought the listing did not go through so you ended up trying to list again and ended up with 2 listings? If you created 2 listings, whether it was an accident or not, Stubhub will hold you responsible for the seond sale.
This happened to me as well and it's absolutely infuriating. The Stubhub app glitched when I was making a listing (or that is my assumption). I'm not exactly sure how a 2nd listing was created. But somehow, there were apparently 2 listings for the exact same tickets. Even if I tried to create 2 listings with the same tickets, you would think the StubHub system would be smart enough to prevent this. Anyway, both listings sold before I even realized there was a 2nd listing. So I could only complete 1 sale. I was charged the full amount for the second sale, which is a total scam, because it's not like StubHub gives the buyer their money back AND gives the buyer the extra money (ie, the amount they charged me) for the hassle of making a purchase that was later cancelled. I've been on the buyer end of this as well, and you get your money back, but you don't get anything extra. So StubHub pockets the additional money that they charged me. Plus they kept their fee (10%) on the first sale that was completed. A total scam. I will try to communicate this as much as possible from here on out and avoid using StubHub whenever I can.
