Help! Ticket transfer confusion

I sold a ticket at the end of September and I transferred it from Ticketmaster to an email from StubHub ending in @ticketpreupload.com. I just now got an email with the buyers info including email to transfer the ticket to, except the ticket isn't in my Ticketmaster account anymore because I already sent it to StubHub. What's going on?

The ticketpreupload email address is for transferring the ticket BEFORE its sold.  It may be confusing if that email is still visible after it sells.  But, when the ticket sells you should get the buyers email.

 

If the ticket has not been accepted, you can cancel the transfer in Ticketmaster, then transfer it to the buyer.  If it isn't, you should call Stubhub.
