How to sell Luke Combs tickets for April 12th

I bought tickets to see Luke Combs on 4/12.  I'm no longer able to attend the concert, but cannot figure out how to sell them.

It says the tickets won't be available until 72 hours before the event.  I see other people selling tickets in the section my seats are in.  I'm just not sure how to be able to list and sell them.

You can list the tickets for sale now but use an in hand date as far out as Stubhub will allow.  When your tickets sell you will be given the buyers and name and email.  When the tickets are available, transfer them and then confirm the transfer in your open sales.

Are you able to sell them? I have Luke Combs tickets for June and need to sell but I don’t know if I will be able to transfer them.
