I have a mobile ticket that sends through email but it sold the ticket as E-Ticket?

I can forward tickets to email address but when I listed the tickets it said E-Ticket which I guess is a PDF file upload.  Now I can't upload because it wants a PDF not an email forward.

Hi @gobreakaway 

 

Call Stubhub at 866-788-2482 and explain you need to change the delivery method.  They can change it for you.
