Not getting a response from team stubhub - I was paid out incorrectly

I was paid out incorrectly.  I’ve messaged teamstubhub1 Saturday and yesterday but no response.

 

They agreed their system had the wrong payout currency showing prior to the event and said they’d pay in the correct one and said they noted this on my order.

 

I have now been paid but was underpaid.  I would like a response back.

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
