Payment pending

Hi,
I sold a ticket back in August but I haven't received payment yet from Stubhub. I got an email in August saying that the payment failed to paypal.I called PayPal but they say there was no payment attempted by stubhub on the date indicated by stubhub. I have called stubhub 5 times since then but they keep telling me that my issue has been escalated to the payment department. But no one has reached out to me from the payment department either. I don't know what else to do. It's a big amount that I have to use to pay my credit card. Please assist.
Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
