I was to receive my payout February 17 but was told StubHub didn't have my TIN. In order to list or sell tickets you HAVE to provide your TIN or SS! So I called and provided my TIN again. Then the expected payout was delayed yet again to March 1. Although the CSReps are apologetic and as help as they can be, it's totally unacceptable they don't have the ability to transfer you to the payment department for immediate processing of payment. In the meantime, STUBHUB is receiving interest on my money by delaying payout consecutively. This is unacceptable and egrecious and down right greedy! Absolutely no way to treat a customer. Are there lawsuits pending?
I’ve seen others mention similar issues. Are there any known lawsuits pending against StubHub for this kind of delay? Or does anyone know what legal actions we can take to demand our rightful payout?
