Proof of transfer error

For the last couple of days whenever I try to upload proof of transfer an error message pops up that says" Unable to upload proof of transfer. Please try again at a later time."

I've tried from different devices and browsers, and still get the same error.

Still an issue as of 02/04.  Tried a couple of times on phone when PC as I have a feeling the buyer going to try some BS from the email I got from him to confirm he got them
