I sold my tickets and StubHub has not paid them out, The concert was on October 19, 2024, it is now November 27, 2024. I have called them 4 times, it has now been escalated 3 times, still with no payment. They tell me payment takes 2 weeks, and it is never paid. I have to call back every 2 weeks. Is this company legitimate?
