Selling and Transferring tickets

Hi,
I recently sold tickets for a concert and transferred the tickets over. I got a message saying that it was successfully transferred yet I just got an email from StubHub saying that I need to send the tickets. This is my first time selling tickets. Can anybody let me know what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi @brknarrow518 

 

After you transferred the tickets from Ticketmaster you need to go back to you Stubhub open sales and confirm the transfer.  This lets Stubhub know the transfer has occured.
