Selling tickets - Foreign Country

Are you able to sell tickets to an event that is taking place in a foreign country?  Example: I reside in US, and I'm looking to sell tickets to an event in Germany.  Is this allowable, and if so how does it work....any different than usual?  Thank you!

Yes you are able to list tickets for foreign events as I have listed for 3vents in the UK.  Just be careful when you list which currency are you listing in.

a query here. If I want to sell tickets for a US event on stubhub.com as a German, I will offer the tickets in USD. The only question for me is whether it is possible for stubhub.com to credit the sales proceeds to my German credit card?
Do you have any experience with this?
