StubHub used a different email address for year, but changed over the weekend

Here is the active address on file w/SH. Also tried to change all email addresses in my profile to the current one. 
verified it thru the link, but said it was already on file 100% on SH they charged my card $400 for an issue I didn’t create. Let me know my next steps. Thanks.

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
