TS

I sold tickets to TS concert tonight about a month ago. The day they were sold I transferred them to the email provided and got confirmation they were delivered to correct email. Buyer is telling Stubhub they don’t have access to tickets. Will I still be paid? I have screenshots showing I have done everything right and it seems like either a buyer error or a buyer scam. Will I still be paid?

I did and they said I have done everything correctly and I have email proof of StubHub support telling me the same thing. I just want to make sure I don’t get screwed is all

Did you also confirm the transfer in your Stubhub Account?  

 

You have proof of the transfer.  Did the buyer ever accept?  It possibly ended up in buyers spam.  You would still get paid if this is the case if you transferred to the correct email AND confirmed the transfer.

This may have been the case in the past however I am guessing Stubhub now is refusing to pay the sellers if the buyer scams as I have the exact same situation and StubHub is refusing to pay me and return my phone calls and my e-mails and it has been about 2 momths, it is making me seriously think about removing all of my listings and not honoring my current sales

Similar situation, I did everything right and Stubub. Is refusing to pay me, it is a scam operation they have going on there
