I've filed a ticket on this and talked to customer support about this, and they are refusing to acknowledge it's an issue. I've provided screenshots and steps to reproduce it and all. Super frustrating because it will impact my ability to sell my tickets!
Problem: Nathaniel Rateliff is playing Boston on March 28th and 29th. I have tickets for both nights and I need to resell my March 29th tickets.
If you search "Nathaniel Rateliff" in the search bar in the home page, ONLY the 28th event shows up. It makes it look like there is no show on the 29th. Now, there ARE ways to find the listing for the 29th, but the path that most people will take does not show that event in the search results. I even narrow down the search date to just March 29th (second screenshot) and it says there are no events.
I've told StubHub about it and they're acting like it's not a problem. First screenshot shows results of searching "Nathaniel Rateliff" in the search. Same thing happens if you search "Nathaniel Rateliff Boston".
I don't want to have to file a BBB complaint, but I think that's my next step.
