Transferring Sold Tickets

I am obviously NOT smarter than the StubHub app. I had two tickets for the Seahawks/Lions game tonight - which sold, but I'm having issues transferring.

Bought the tickets through Stubhub -sold through Stubhub.

I was working with the virtual assistant last night for 20+ minutes trying to get a clear answer. Received an email stating I had 1 day to transfer to receiving notice at 7:50 stating I had till 8:15p to get them transferred or I would be charged.

All I see is a confirm transfer option, but then it asks how tickets were transferred (Ticketmaster, AXS, Other)...

I've never seen where I put the buyers info...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...and I promise not to try buy/sell tickets again.

Hi @marley3_3

How did you receive the tickets - thru Ticketmaster?  GO to whatever platform you received the tickets and transfer the tickets to your buyer.  Save the email you get upon transfer.  Then go to your open sales on stubhub and confirm that you have transfered the tickets and indicate the source - Ticketmaster, Seatgeek, account manager etc.  This lets Stubhub know that the transfer has occured.

Re: Transferring Sold Tickets

I am in the same situation, bought the tickets for Billie Eilish show October 4th through StubHub months ago. I put them for sale few days ago on StubHub as I can't go. Now, they are sold, I receive this email from Stubhub to transfer it. I clicked on confirm transfer then I am asked through which seller I bought the ticket and the options are Ticketmaster, AXS, other). I bought the ticket from Stubhub ....never received any other emails regarding the tickets from other than StubHub. I received the ticket from StubHub. I feel stupid not understanding their system...Need help on how to transfer the tickets please

Re: Transferring Sold Tickets

Hi @gbeaulac2

Did you ever receive an email from Ticketmaster or AXS etc offering you to accept tickets?  If so and if you accepted you need to go to that site and transfer the tickets to your buyer.  Keep the email you receive after the transfer.  Finally after you have transferred the tickets go to your open sales in Stubhub and confirm the transfer has been made

if you still have issues call stubhub at 866-stubhub
