What protects sellers when there is proof wristbands were shipped but the buyer didn't receive them on time?

I am from Canada, and I purchased tickets to the When We Were Young Festival and can no longer attend.  I am hoping to sell the tickets here however they are only wristband this year.  How does that work?  What protects sellers in the event there is proof they were shipped but the buyer didn't receive them on time?

Re: Selling Wristbands

Hi @criley23

When you sell the wristbands (list them as physical tickets), you will be given a shipping label to ship the wristbands. Drop them off and get a receipt. If you drop it off in time, you are fine even if the mail is too slow.

Re: Selling Wristbands

I’ve read online you are only paid once stubhub confirms the wristbands were used at the event. Is that true? If so, what happens if the person you sent them to doesn’t attend? Or tries to claim they weren’t in the package received?
