I have been selling on Stubhub for years but have never seen this message:

"Your tickets are currently hidden by active filters. Upload your tickets to boost disability"

Is this a new thing ? I cannot even tell if my tickets are visible to anyone (let alone myself). They do not appear to be viewable by anyone, but maybe they are. I have Eagles tickets still out there and it is amazing that they have not yet sold. I am getting very suspicious and of course there is no way to contact anyone at Stubhub

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My tickets are hidden by filters as well, but I have uploaded them so that doesn't fix the issue.   In order to see your tickets a buyer would have to go into filters and uncheck recommended tickets toggle which no one is likely to do.
