My account was hacked and someone bought a ticket with credit in the account. I contacted Stubhub BEFORE the event to report the hack. Yet then, and for the last 3 months, I've been ghosted by Customer Service. I've connected though email, chats and even LIVE on 2 occasions. Been promised resolutions, imminent contacts by the team, that it the issue was being sent to a special unit... How frigging hard is it to be respectful to your customer, whether or not the issue is resolved favorably. Bad business. But I'm a gnat, so this monopoly doesn't give a crap. You're in the SERVICE business. Instead of addressing a $180 problem, you've earned my frustration and anger, and now you have someone who now will go crazy negative on the company every chance I get with friends, family, business associates, and anyone online I can touch! Anybody have clues on how to navigate these yahoos??
