I purchased a ticket and received a ticket in a totally different row. Called Stubhub and was told i’d get a refund as soon as i transferred it back. That was two weeks ago. Every time i call to check on it, their customer service people tell me it was “escalated” and refuse to do anything about it.
It’s completely insane to me that stubhub cares so little about customer experience. I got the wrong ticket. They should at least make some kind of effort to take care of. Instead they try once again to steal my money.
This site sucks and they encourage this type of thing so that once a customer finally gives up, they can just keep the money and the ticket.
Worst customer service not just on the ticket industry, but anywhere that i’ve experienced in any industry.
Why do you guys suck so much?
