STUBHUB withdrew $1455.29 without authorization on 12/26/24 - they sent no tickets, no emails, no correspondence - they just withdrew money from my bank account.
I have been contacting their customer service every business day since 1/2/25. No one is customer care helps. They all say it’s getting escalated and there is no person to contact and they will escalate it. They do nothing.
I hired an attorney and I was able to find the email and work number of STUBHUB/Viagogo.
Whenever a supervisor is about to get on the phone - customer service always hangs up the phone. Anyone know what to do?
