Stubhub owes me a refund of $531.75 for tickets that never got delivered because it was reported stolen from Ticketmaster.
Stubhub sent an email confirming that I will receive a refund in the amount of $531.75 on November 13th within 5-8 business days.
On November 19th, I received an email from Stubhub and PayPal informing me that a payment is processed in the amount of $540 for a separate order number. This payment was due to tickets that I sold.
Clearly it’s two separate order numbers and two different monetary amount: One being in the amount of $531.75 in which Stubhub still owes me due to non-delivered tickets and another being $540 in which Stubhub paid me for my sales.
After speaking with Stubhub numerous times over the phone and not receiving an update on where my tickets are, I started a claim with PayPal on December 2nd. I included screenshots and emails of both orders.
Stubhub did not respond to my case on PayPal therefore I escalated it with PayPal on December 13th.
Stubhub apparently responded to PayPal on December 23rd with “tracking info”.
On 26th, PayPal closed the case in the seller’s favor because “because our records show that the item or service associated with this transaction was delivered to you.”
I am BEYOND livid that both Stubhub and PayPal is claiming that I received a refund because the only PAYMENT that was processed and that I’ve received from Stubhub is in the amount of $540. And this amount is from my SALES.
Stubhub never processed or refunded me for tickets that never delivered in the amount of $531.75.
This is theft. This is ridiculous.
