Tickets delivered but with the wrong data

Has anyone had any experience with tickets delivered to the buyer of the tickets but labeled with the wrong names?. Was it possible to get the correct ones? How long did the whole procedure take?.

Stubhub is a secondary market meaning they dont own inventory and the tickets that are sold originally belonged to someone else.  In some cases the tickets will show the name of the original purchaser.  In most cases it doesnt matter as the venues are only concerned with the bar code.  You should be fine.
