Does this mean that nobody is seating in front of you and you are in the front row? If not, how many rows back is it still considered Clear View?

Clearview means that there are no poles, columns or jumbotrons in the way. It does not mean you are in front row.
If I am selling front row tickets, is there a way to advertise that? I have two front row tickets to sell that are right in the center of the stage.
If you go to your listing and edit it, go to update seat features. Under comments there should be an option to indicate that the tickets are first row of the section.
