Wrong Row

I purchased tickets for a hockey game, we picked a section and row 11.  We always sit in row 11 in this section because it is the last row, my husband has had spinal surgery and can not sit for long periods, he needs to rotate between sitting and standing.  The tickets that were sent to us were row 10, even though I purchased row 11 I am told that row 10 is an upgrade so there is nothing I can do about it.  I purchased 2 tickets that we could use, received 2 tickets that we can not use and Stubhub says it is considered an upgrade so they are sorry but basically I'm screwed.  It's just very frustrating.

Stubhub used to have great customer service, but their new policy is literally to keep the customer's money at all costs.  The Fan Protect guarantee they advertise does not mean anything.  Sorry that happened to you.  Its really best to not buy from Stubhub these days.
