Incorrect Event Info

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

*Our Events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

Please StubHub stop doing this! You have events listed duplicate for each day of the PGA's AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am (Feb 1-5) at Pebble Beach Golf Links. The event is listed under two different names. The correct name of the event is AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. However, StubHub has two names for the event: AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am (correct) and AT&T Pebble Beach National (incorrect). Let's get this correct so there are only 6 events (not 12).

Please add a listing to sell 2023 Coachella Weekend 1 hotel packages. I have a 4-day, 2-person, 2 queen bed package for the Hilton Palm Springs from April 13-17. The festival is April 14-16, and I did the option to add a Thursday night check in on April 13th. The package includes 2 GA coachella wristbands, hotel room at the Hilton Palm Springs with 2 queen beds checking in on April 13, 2023 and checking out on April 17, 2023, two passes to the official day pool parties at the Hilton sponsored by coachella, and two any line shuttle passes. How do you contact stub hub to update the start time for several incorrect Buffalo Bulls (UB) basketball upcoming events?  The Home games at Alumni Arena in Buffalo. They are all listed as 13:00, when most should be 19:00
