Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

Could you possibly fix the below event so you can list row numbers for upper deck seating.  I have tickets in 312 row A however I am unable to list them properly because you cant put the row in.  thank you

Hi Stubhub:

I have a pair of seats in section 121 row 14 for sale for today Tuesday Feb 13, 2023 Vancouver Canucks vs Detroit. When I first listed the seats, your map would only show rows from 16 or 17 on and wouldn't allow me to input row 14. So despit me trying to update the row info afterward, it would only show up as section 121 with the row "blank". Section 121 in this arena starts with row 13 to row 25, please fix this, thanksI reported this 3 weeks ago but nothing has been done yet

The seating map for NCAA - Sacramento (All Sessions...or any session) is incorrect.  This is a special event in an NBA arena, so additional triple- and double-lettered rows are installed behind the baskets that aren't there for NBA games in Golden1 Center.  Your standard listing pulldown menu does not include the double-letter rows.  Please correct this ASAP, I've called customer support four times over two months and they've escalated this issue all four times with no success.  I have Section 113, Row DD seats.

Event date:  16 March 2023 (and 18 March 2023)
