Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

Hi, the seat met for Pete Davidson show on September 17 at the Capitol theater in Port Chester. New York has an incorrect seat map. The map on StubHub has floor general admission, when it is divided by orchestra sections.

Chicago Cubs Home games at Wrigley Field, Chicago, Illinois. Section 200s is not working properly in the map.

Section 200s only show Row 14 and above when an individual section is selected. Rows 13 and below do not show up. The Section 200 has three individual sections that can be selected but now when selected a particular individual section it select the three small section and only show setas from Row 14 and above (I assume is third section within the section).
You can see the seats in Row 13 and below if you use the Zone filters. The seats are there but they are hard to find and most people use the map to select tickets.
I'm a season ticket holder and until Wednesday the map was working properly and did not had any problems selling my tickets at Section 221 Row 12. Now this issue is impacting my ability to sell those tickets and i prefer StubHub as my re-selling site.

ALL CLOVER and CADILLAC is not mapping correctly.  Cannot view ANY CLOVER listings.  Cannot even click the CADILLAC seats on the map.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON PHONE IS NO HELP AND KEEPS BLAMING MLB BARCODES.

Nick cave in Asheville Harrahs center on 09/19 is missing the entire 100s section in seating when trying to upload tickets. It has general admission, orchestra and the 200s which is incorrect
